How do I send a photo?
You can either upload your photo in the personalization section, or email the photo to pellegringraphics@gmail.com with your order number or You can also attach the photo to an Etsy message.
Will I receive a proof?
If you would like a proof it can be sent upon request. If a proof is requested, it will be sent 24-48 hours prior to the shipping date quoted on your receipt. If you request a proof, and decide you would like to make a change once it's sent, one change of the layout is included. Any additional changes will be $2.00 per change.
Can I choose a font?
I use Microsoft word and dafont.com for font and will just need the name of the font you would like to use.
Can I see a photo before it ships?
If you would like to see the finished item, I will be happy to send a photo upon request before shipping.

I wanted a candleholder with a specific image on it and this one fit the bill. Great quality and came on time. I would suggest using a picture that has a very solid center shape (not too detailed), as it shows up better when you have the candle lighted. Definitely recommend the seller!
