How do I send a photo?
You can either upload your photo in the personalization section, or email the photo to pellegringraphics@gmail.com with your order number or You can also attach the photo to an Etsy message.
Will I receive a proof?
If you would like a proof it can be sent upon request. If a proof is requested, it will be sent 24-48 hours prior to the shipping date quoted on your receipt. If you request a proof, and decide you would like to make a change once it's sent, one change of the layout is included. Any additional changes will be $2.00 per change.
Can I choose a font?
I use Microsoft word and dafont.com for font and will just need the name of the font you would like to use.
Can I see a photo before it ships?
If you would like to see the finished item, I will be happy to send a photo upon request before shipping.

The seller worked with me for a custom item which she shipped in excellent packaging with a very quick turnaround. I love the personalized design and the mirror is beautiful with clear text. Removed one star because the back of the frame that would allow it to stand up broke off when we were just swapping out frames (had not used it or held it for leverage, it just popped off at the hinge). Thankfully, I was swapping for a custom frame so this did not affect gifting. I will absolutely reorder from this shop again!
