Glasses are dishwasher safe. Unless they have a glitter finish then they are hand wash only

The work is custom engraved. Each item is unique, so slight differences in engraved letter appearance and height/size may be apparent to the eye from piece to piece.

How do I send a photo?
When you're ready to place your order, you can attach your photo to a message through the contact Gidget tab
Once you place your order, it will connect back to the message.
If you have trouble attaching it to through a message, you can email it to pellegringraphics@gmail.com after purchase with your order number.
Will I receive a proof?
If you would like a proof it can be sent upon request. If a proof is requested, it will be sent 24-48 hours prior to the shipping date quoted on your receipt. If you request a proof, and decide you would like to make a change once it's sent, one change of the layout is included. Any additional changes will be $2.00 per change.
Can I choose a font?
I use Microsoft word for font and will just need the name of the font you would like to use.

Arrived heavily bubble wrapped. Not only did the personalization meet my expectations but there was a note informing me if I was unhappy with the product for any reason to please reach out. That was a 10/10 finishing touch. Item was made of a nice and thick glass. The cup is the correct size and I’m so happy I went with this seller. 5* all around
