All of these items are hand engraved, therefore, there might be slight differences from one item to the next. That being said, the quality of the product will not be hindered. Each glass in essence is unique.

I can add customization if you'd like, such as a name or date, etc...

The work is hand engraved. Each item is unique, so slight differences in engraved letter appearance and height/size may be apparent to the eye from piece to piece.

How do I send a photo?

You can either upload your photo in the personalization section, or email the photo to pellegringraphics@gmail.com with your order number or You can also attach the photo to an Etsy message.

Will I receive a proof?

If you would like a proof it can be sent upon request. If a proof is requested, it will be sent 24-48 hours prior to the shipping date quoted on your receipt. If you request a proof, and decide you would like to make a change once it's sent, one change of the layout is included. Any additional changes will be $2.00 per change.

Can I choose a font?

I use Microsoft word and dafont.com for font and will just need the name of the font you would like to use.

Can I see a photo before it ships?

If you would like to see the finished item, I will be happy to send a photo upon request before shipping.
