Frequently Asked Questions
How do I send a photo?
When you're ready to place your order, you can attach your photo to a message through the contact Gidget tab
Once you place your order, it will connect back to the message.
If you have trouble attaching it to through a message, you can email it to pellegringraphics@gmail.com after purchase with your order number.
Will I receive a proof?
If you would like a proof it can be sent upon request. If a proof is requested, it will be sent 24-48 hours prior to the shipping date quoted on your receipt. If you request a proof, and decide you would like to make a change once it's sent, one change of the layout is included. Any additional changes will be $2.00 per change.
Can I choose a font?
I use Microsoft word for font and will just need the name of the font you would like to use.
