How do I send a photo?
You can either upload your photo in the personalization section, or email the photo to pellegringraphics@gmail.com with your order number or You can also attach the photo to an Etsy message.
Will I receive a proof?
If you would like a proof it can be sent upon request. If a proof is requested, it will be sent 24-48 hours prior to the shipping date quoted on your receipt. If you request a proof, and decide you would like to make a change once it's sent, one change of the layout is included. Any additional changes will be $2.00 per change.
Can I choose a font?
I use Microsoft word and dafont.com for font and will just need the name of the font you would like to use.
Can I see a photo before it ships?
If you would like to see the finished item, I will be happy to send a photo upon request before shipping.

Initially I sent two graphics to be engraved on the cup. When the item arrived, one of the pictures was very muddled. I reached out to the seller, and the customer service was fantastic. I received a return label to send the initial cup back and the opportunity to pick a different image. The second iteration of the cup was fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service.
